2. Products and Services

Geonics Technologies provides electromagnetic geophysical instrumentation for sale and rental, as well as related professional services. All products and services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order or request.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify product specifications without prior notice.

3. Rental Terms

Rental of Geonics instruments is subject to the following conditions:

• Rentals are subject to instrument availability and credit approval
• The renter is responsible for the safe use and return of all rented equipment in the same condition as received
• Any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment is the responsibility of the renter
• Rental periods begin on the agreed start date and end on the agreed return date
• Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges
• All equipment must be returned with original accessories and packaging where possible

4. Purchase Terms

All sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions:

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be specified in the purchase order or invoice
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused equipment in original packaging

5. Warranty

Geonics Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geonics Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product specifications, is the property of Geonics Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Export Controls

Our products may be subject to Canadian and international export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to export or re-export any products to countries or persons prohibited by such laws.
